We pray for managers in work that we don't often
think about,
and for labourers in building, mining and manufacturing,
God
give this diverse group
ever more understanding
of a common destiny.
Let's
not wait
until the company goes out of business
for "the workers"
and "the bosses"
to understand each other's pain.
Let us all
understand
each other now
before it is too late,
as you understand us
and made
your people
into one body and one bloodstream.
