Congratulations to our Senior Chaplain, Chris Chesters, in completing the challenge of cycling 100 miles a day for 10 days starting at Land's End on Thursday 25 May and finishing at John O'Groats on Saturday 3 June. The total miles covered being approx. 1,000 miles wihout any punctures! He was supported by his wife and Bob Warwicker and family travelling in cars. Even a lot of preparation before hand couldn't arrange the weather. Unfortunately he had to put up with a lot of heavy rain but this didn't spoil the challenge and the elation of finishing the ride.
Sponsor money is still coming in but at present we have raised over £400.
